Module 6: Culture Action Plan

Create the right habits and mindset in the business.

For any strategy to be a success you must take your people on the journey with you. The everyday habits, beliefs and mindset within the organisation need to be aligned to the outcomes you seek to achieve.

We will work with you to develop a 12-month action plan to advance the culture of your organisation, to drive internal communications, innovation and engagement.

Utilising a series of workshops and output from previous modules, a schedule of initiatives will be developed including;

  • 12 month culture goals and how these align with your overall strategy
  • Success measures and monitoring processes
  • 3-4 major projects for the year scoped in detail with key steps, tips, timelines and budgets.

As with all of our planning modules a debrief will be held to discuss the implications of the plan and its implementation. Following the completion of the Action Plan, EWO stands ready to support you throughout the implementation cycle.
